Hola Familia y Amigos!
Things are going great down here in the ever-so-far-away Provo MTC. The language is starting to come for both me and my companion. We’re comprehending more and more of what our teachers are saying each day and el don de lenguas is truly helping us as we learn and express ourselves in Spanish. The Spirit is so strong at the MTC and I think there are only a few other instances in my life when I’ve felt it stronger or as much. The Spirit is almost constant each day and we are truly learning a lot. I am super excited to get to the field in Peru.
Please write! The best way is to use DearElder.com.

MTC Mailbox # 372

Provo, UT 84604-1793
If you want to email me, I suggest that you don’t. I have limited time to access and answer email that I won’t have time to get back to you. This, I find, is the reason why they ask that it be only used for family. If you want to send me letters while I’m here at the MTC, PLEASE do so. Nothing is more exciting than getting at least one letter or package from someone after lunch or dinner. If you want to, use DearElder.com, a free service that works like email. You write it up in a dialog box, and then I can send you a real physical letter back.
We dropped off Elder Van Komen today. The MTC seemed ready for him — we drove in at 1:26pm (had to wait for the light) and drove back out at 1:31. It was quick, and good.
